Olive Oil - Pomace

This oil is made from the fruit used in processing the refined Olive Oil, but it also makes use of the pits (or pomace) of the olives.  Each successive pressing of the fruit is an inferior food grade product, but the final pressings are actually best suited for soap making due to the larger amounts of unsaponifiables.
